You won’t be buying more treadmills after you purchase the Precor 9.31 because it will last for years to come. We estimate this treadmill will last at least 10 years with commercial usage. So, if you are using it for your home or a smaller gym it should last well past those 10 years. The precor treadmill 9.31 is no doubt, the ‘Cadillac’ of treadmills.
Pro’s of the Commercial Grade Precor 9.31 Treadmill
- One of the most solidly built treadmills we have ever seen and reviewed.
- Plenty of room on the tread for a 275 pound man. There wasn’t any hitting of the arm on the safety rails when running on it.
Con’s of the Commercial Grade Precor 9.31 Treadmill
- There isn’t anyway (at least that we found) to save user profiles. So, it won’t save your workouts and durations. We are hoping that on their next phase of this machine they will add at least a 1 person memory function.
- The price is a bit high but for the amount of machine you get it is well worth the price.
